All service prices are denominated in Israeli shekels and exclude VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Deposit: 40%-50% of the project value upon signing the agreement
- Interim payment: 30% at a major milestone (per the agreement)

4. Cancellations and refunds
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010:
4.1 Right of cancellation for distance transactions
- A consumer may cancel a transaction within 14 days of entering into it
- Cancellation must be sent in writing to yaniv@myshopshop.com
- If cancelled after work has started, the client is charged for the work actually performed plus a cancellation fee of 5% or ILS 100 - whichever is lower
- Services custom-designed for the consumer or produced to special order cannot be cancelled once performance has begun, per Regulation 6(8) of the cancellation regulations
4.2 Business clients (B2B)
In transactions between businesses, the cancellation terms of the specific Service Agreement apply. Absent any other provision, the terms above apply.
5. Warranty, delivery and testing
5.1 Delivery dates
Delivery dates are set in the Service Agreement. Delays caused by the client failing to provide materials, approvals or content are not a breach on our side and extend the timeline accordingly.
5.2 Warranty period
- 30 days for fixing bugs identified in code delivered by us
- The warranty excludes changes made by the client or a third party to the code
- The warranty excludes faults originating from external providers (hosting, third parties, APIs)
5.3 Limitation of liability
Our total liability, on any cause of action, shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client for that project. We shall not be liable in any event for indirect damages, loss of profits or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Rights in Site content
All rights in the Site's content - including articles, designs, logos, code, images and text - are reserved to the Operator under the Israeli Copyright Law, 2007. Copying, distributing, publicly displaying, editing or creating derivative works is prohibited without explicit written consent.
6.2 Rights in work delivered to a client
- Subject to full payment, the client receives a full, exclusive and perpetual license to use the system built for them, for their business purposes
- The client's data, content, media and domain are fully owned by the client and exportable at any time
- Intellectual property rights in the source code, architecture, libraries and proprietary automation engines remain with the service provider
- Full source-code ownership (source code buyout) is available through a separate paid conversion process including code transfer, documentation and handover training, priced by system scope
- We reserve the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes (unless agreed otherwise)
- Generic components, open-source libraries, frameworks and plugins remain the property of their original creators
- The client is responsible for ensuring that any content provided to us (images, text, logos) is owned by them or properly licensed
7. Confidentiality and privacy
We undertake to maintain full confidentiality of business information provided to us during a project. Use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy and to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment 13 (2024).
8. Disclaimers
- Services are provided "AS IS" with no express or implied representations beyond those required by law
- We do not warrant uninterrupted operation - planned maintenance windows may occur
- We are not responsible for content or services of third parties linked from the Site
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (for example a specific Google ranking or number of leads) unless explicitly agreed in the Service Agreement
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any service provided through the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Southern District of Israel. Before turning to the courts, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute in good-faith negotiation or mediation.
10. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time at our discretion and in line with legislative changes. The current version is always available on this page.
